On Sunday we went to Daniel's sister, Emily,
double baby blessing. As soon as we walked into church, Talon went
running into Nana's arms. So she ended up keeping him all through
sacrament. It was so easy with just one kid during church. We brought
lots of snacks and some small quiet toys with us to entertain them.
Towards the end, Carter started to get restless so we gave him a
paintbrush. He loved it until he decided to throw it up to the next row.
The guy sitting in front of us looked quite confused and Daniel turned
beat red! I got to hold Violet during the last half of church and Carter didn't mind at all. It's nice to know he won't be jealous of a new baby when the time comes. I guess he has always shared me so he is just used to it.
Big family picture!
After church we headed over to
Emily's house so we could put the boys down for a nap and visit. We got
talking about how much work it is for 2 babies verses just 1. I remember
going to Subway once when my boys were still very young. I came walking
into Subway carrying both car seats (one on each arm). The lady taking
my order asked me if 2 babies was easier than 1. REALLY?!?! She must not
have kids! I do think now that they are older it is easier because they
have each other to play with and they probably stay more entertained
through out the day while at home.
This is what the majority of our pictures look like!
The most decent one (:
Emily with her twins!
The whole family.
Nana with Max.
Nana with Molly.
Nana with Violet.
Daniel
with Max. After the boys woke up, we headed over to Jeremy's sister's
house for some yummy food and to celebrate Jeremy's birthday.
Molly playing with Carter. She loves her cousins and is so good with them.
Singing Happy Birthday to Jeremy!
Carter could actually climb the first half of it pretty well.
They loved the play set but they are still a little too young for it so they needed a little help.
All the kids playing in the garden (well that is what it was suppose to be).
